Compound E Stock Solution (2 mm)

Dissolve 0.5 mg of the γ-secretase inhibitor compound E (Merck 565790) in 543 µL DMSO (Sigma-Aldrich 154938). Aliquot and store for up to 1 yr at −20°C.
