15 mm HEPES (e.g., Sigma-Aldrich H3375; dilute from a 1 m, pH 7.7 stock solution that has been filter-sterilized and stored at −20°C)
50 µg/mL Gentamicin (e.g., Corning 61-098-RF, dilute from a 100 mg/mL stock solution that has been stored at 4°C)
Freshly prepare and adjust the pH to 7.7. Prepare 500 mL or more as needed for two female frogs.
