Sucrose Solution (10%, w/w)

Make a 10% (w/w) sucrose solution by dissolving granulated sugar in deionized water. Autoclave in sealed Pyrex containers using standard conditions (e.g., for 15 min at 15 psi and 121°C).

Store at 4°C.
