Combine the above reagents and shake until the solutes have dissolved. Adjust the volume of the solution to 1 L with deionized H2O. If desired, aliquot the medium into 100-mL or 250-mL autoclavable glass bottles. Sterilize by autoclaving for 20 min at 15 psi (1.055 kg/cm2) on the liquid cycle. Store for up to 6 mo at room temperature.
