Sodium Acetate (3 m, pH 5.5)

1. Dissolve sodium acetate (Sigma-Aldrich S2889) in H2O to a concentration of 3 m.

2. Adjust pH to 5.5 with acetic acid.

3. Filter-sterilize (0.2 µm).

Store for up to 1 yr at room temperature.
