1. Make 50% (v/v) Noni juice solution by combining equal parts juice and Milli-Q-purified H2O.

2. Use the 50% Noni juice solution to dissolve the agar. A microwave may be used to heat the solution to dissolve further, ensuring not to bring it to a vigorous boil.
Store for up to 10 d at 4°C.
