TBS-T

Prepare a 10× stock as follows:

• Add 12 g Tris and 90 g NaCl to a 1-L plastic bottle with a lid.

• Add 10 mL of Tween-20 (Bio-Rad) and 10 mL of NP-40 (Thermo Fisher Scientific) to the plastic bottle.

• Add double-distilled H₂O to 1 L and titrate to pH 7.4 with HCl. Store for up to 6 mo at 4°C.

Make a 1× working stock (100 mL 10× TBST-T in 900 mL double-distilled H₂O) and store for up to 1 mo at room temperature.
