Transfer Buffer (1×)
Prepare 10× transfer buffer as follows:

22.5 g Tris
-
105 g Glycine
Add double-distilled H2O to 1 L. Store at room temperature.
Freshly prepare the 1× working buffer by adding:

100 mL 10× stock transfer buffer

200 mL methanol (100%; Sigma-Aldrich)
-
700 mL double-distilled H2O
Chill to 4°C before use.
