Recipe

Agarose (1.25%, w/v)/Sucrose (30%, w/v) Solution

Dissolve 1.25 g of UltraPure agarose (Life Technologies 16500100) and 30 g of sucrose (e.g., VWR 27480.294) in 100 mL PBS with thimerosal.

Freshly prepare before use.
