Citrate Buffer (pH 6)

Dissolve 2.1 g of citric acid monohydrate (e.g., Sigma-Aldrich C1909) in 800 mL of distilled H2O. Adjust to pH 6 (with NaOH 1310-73-2) using a benchtop pH meter (Hanna Instruments), and add 500 µL of Tween-20 (e.g., Bio-Rad 1610781). Add distilled H2O up to 1 L.

Store up to 1 yr at 4°C.
