Tris-Buffered Saline (TBS; 0.01 m, pH 7.6) with 0.1% (v/v) Triton
Add 1.2 g Trizma base (e.g., Sigma-Aldrich T1503), 9 g NaCl, and 0.04 g thimerosal to 800 mL distilled H2O. Adjust pH to 7.6 using HCl (2n) and add 1 mL of Triton X-100 (e.g., Sigma-Aldrich 9036-19-5). Add distilled H2O up to 1 L. Store for up to 1 yr at room temperature.
