DNase I Solution (10 mg/mL)
Add 10 mg of deoxyribonuclease I (DNase I, from bovine pancreas; Sigma-Aldrich DN25) to 1 mL of filtered, autoclaved Milli-Q H2O or tissue-culture-grade H2O.
Store for up to 2 mo at 4°C. DNase I degrades free DNA and prevents cell aggregation.
