LB Broth, Miller

1. Add 25 g of LB powder (BD 244620) to 1 L of H2O and stir well to dissolve.

2. Autoclave the medium using standard conditions.

3. (Optional) Once cooled to room temperature, add, if required, the necessary antibiotics to the desired concentration from a 100×–1000× stock solution.
