Methylene Blue Solution (0.1%, w/v)
Dilute 10 mL of methylene blue solution (Kordon 2.3%, w/v, stock solution) in 220 mL of double-distilled H2O to make 230 mL of 0.1% (w/v) methylene blue solution. Filter-sterilize the solution and cover it with aluminum foil to reduce light exposure.
Store for a year or more at 4°C.
