Embryo Solution (10× Stock)
To prepare a 10× stock of Embryo solution, dissolve 75 g NaCl (Sigma-Aldrich S3014), 2 g KCl (Sigma-Aldrich 746436), 2 g CaCl2 (Sigma-Aldrich C1016), and 0.2 g NaHCO3 (Sigma-Aldrich S6014) in 1 L of double-distilled H2O.
Filter-sterilize the solution and store it at room temperature.
