Proximity Ligation Assay Wash Buffer A (Lab-Made)
Prepare a 1× stock solution containing:
10 mm Tris, pH 7.5
150 mm NaCl
Add H2O to give a final volume of 1 L
Autoclave the solution for 45 min at 121°C with a slow vent or filter-sterilize. After sterilizing, add Tween-20 to 0.05% (v/v). Store indefinitely at room temperature.
