Drosophila ChIP Dissection Buffer

Protease inhibitor cocktail (containing EDTA) Roche, cOmplete EASYpack 4693116001 1 tablet
Nuclease-free H2O 44.5 mL

  • Makes a total of 50 mL.

  • Add PMSF and protease inhibitor immediately before use.

  • Drosophila ChIP dissection buffer without PMSF and protease inhibitor can be stored for 2 wk at 4°C. Once the PMSF and protease inhibitor are added, store on ice and use within 2 h.
