  • Makes a total of 10 mL.

  • Add PMSF and protease inhibitor immediately before use.

  • ChIP lysis buffer without PMSF and protease inhibitor can be stored for 2 wk at 4°C. Once the PMSF and protease inhibitor are added, store on ice and use within 2 h.
