Makes a total of 10 mL.
Add PMSF and protease inhibitor immediately before use.
ChIP buffer I without PMSF and protease inhibitor can be stored for 2 wk at 4°C. Once PMSF and protease inhibitor are added, store the buffer on ice and use within 2 h.
