LB + 100 µg/mL Carbenicillin Plates

1. In a 1-L bottle or flask, combine 32 g of LB agar (Thermo Fisher 22700041) with 1 L of water. Stir and autoclave for 15 min at 121°C at 15 psi.

2. When cooled to 42°C–45°C, add carbenicillin to a final concentration of 100 µg/mL. Pour into Petri dishes and allow to solidify.
Store for up to 1 mo at 4°C.
