LB + 100 µg/mL Carbenicillin Plates
Dissolve 25 g of LB (Lysogeny Broth) medium powder (MilliporeSigma L3522) in 1 L of highly pure water (e.g., that produced by Hydro PicoPure UV Plus) with 15 g of Bacto Agar (BD 214010). Autoclave for 15 min at 121°C and 15 psi. When cooled to ∼50°C, add 1 mL of 100 µg/µL carbenicillin. Pour into 10-cm sterile Petri dishes (20–25 mL each), remove bubbles by quickly flaming the plates with a Bunsen burner, and allow to solidify at room temperature. Store for up to 3 mo at 4°C.

Alternatively, prepoured LB + 100 μg/mL carbenicillin plates are commercially available (e.g., Teknova L1010).
