Carbenicillin Stock Solution
Dissolve 2 g of carbenicillin (Thermo Scientific 10177012) into 20 mL of double-distilled (dd) sterile H2O (final 100 mg/mL stock). Sterilize the solution using a 0.2-mm filter (Thermo Scientific 11208710) and store in 1.5-mL aliquots in microcentrifuge tubes for 1 year at −20°C.
