LB-Carbenicillin Agar Plates
Prepare 1 L of LB agar (Lennox L agar) (Thermo Fisher 22700025) in 1 L of water per the manufacturer's instructions. After autoclaving, cool to ∼50°C. Add 1 mL of carbenicillin stock solution to a final concentration of 100 µg/mL. Pour media into Petri dishes and allow to solidify. Store plates at 4°C.
