YPD

Dissolve the nourseothricin (WERNER Bio Agents) in H2O to 100 mg/ml, sterilize filter, and store at -80°C. Add 1 ml of stock solution to a standard 1-liter YPD recipe immediately before pouring the plates. Note that because of phenotyp¬ic lag, you must allow the cells to recover from the transformation for 4 hours-overnight before plating.
