Penicillin G (potassium salt), 0.06 g/l (100 units/ml)
Streptomycin sulfate, 0.05 g/l
Glucose, 1 g/l
Sodium pyruvate, 0.036 g/l
Prepare PBS (Dulbecco) with Ca2+ and Mg2+. Add 3 g/l BSA, phenol red (optional) at 0.001-0.01 g/l, 0.06 g/l (100 units/ml) penicillin G potassium salt, and 0.05 g/l streptomycin sulfate. Add 1 g of glucose and 0.036 g of sodium pyruvate per liter.
