1 mM MoCl2

14 mM β-mercaptoethanol

140 mM KCl

20% (v/v) glycerol

20 mM Tris-Cl (pH 8.0 at 4°C)

1 mM each of ATP, GTP, and CTP

Store the buffer at 4°C. Just before use, add the β-mercaptoethanol to the buffer from a concentrated stock solution.
