0.5 mM EGTA

1% Triton X-100

140 mM NaCl

The above solution is stable at room temperature.

Before use, add:

1 mM PMSF

Protease inhibitors, each final concentration 2 μg/ml:

1. leupeptin

2. aprotinin

3. pepstatin

Keep final solution on ice.
