Protein concentration gel equilibration buffer

Mix the following components:

12.5-ml 0.5 M Tris-Cl (pH 6.8)

20-ml 10% SDS

5-ml 2-mercaptoethanol

10-ml glycerol

After mixing, add a few grains of bromophenol blue.
