  1. Problem in Agrobacterium Transfromation

    Hi, I used the protocol to transform agrobacterium (GV3101- pMP90RK)with pSKIo15. The plasmid have amp resistance and the agrobacterium have kan,gent and rfp resistance. I am using LB agar plates with rfp, Kan and amp at various concentrations and incubating the plates overnight at 28 degree's. When I check the plates the next morning the whole plate is covered with agrobacterium like a mat. I have tried with different dilutions and time points, but the result was same. Can anyone help me to solve this problem?
