Homogenization buffer II

50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8)

25% sucrose

1 mM EDTA

To inhibit proteolysis, add the following protease inhibitors just before use:

1 mM PMSF

5 μg/ml pepstatin A

5 μg/ml leupeptin

5 μg/ml aprotinin
