Mix 5 μl of each of dATP, dCTP, and dGTP to 1 μl of dTTP and 984 μl of H2O (autoclaved). The final concentrations are 0.5 mM dATP, dCTP, and dGTP, and 0.1 mM dTTP. Store at −20°C.
