Dextran sulfate solution (50%, w/v)
Dextran sulfate (American Bioanalytical, MW 500,000, ultrapure)
DNase/RNase-free H2O
Dissolve 50 g of dextran sulfate in 80 ml of DNase/RNase-free H2O. Stir overnight at 4°C. The next day, bring the solution to a final volume of 100 ml with DNase/RNase-free H2O.
