Sperm dilution buffer (SDB)

75 mM KCl

0.5 mM spermidine trihydrochloride

0.2 mM spermine tetrahydrochloride

250 mM sucrose

Add ~80 μL of 0.1 N NaOH per 20 mL of solution to titrate the pH to 7.3-7.5. Store 0.5-1 mL aliquots at -20°C.
