500 mL Neurobasal medium (Invitrogen 21103049)
5 mL penicillin-streptomycin (100X; GIBCO)
5 mL L-glutamine (100X; GIBCO)
To a 500-mL bottle of Neurobasal medium, add one 5-mL aliquot of 100X penicillin-streptomycin and one 5-mL aliquot of 100X L-glutamine. Mix well.
