| Prepare the medium in H2O. Include the appropriate types and amounts of antibiotics for selection and for the prevention of Agrobacterium growth. Adjust the pH to 5.5 using KOH, autoclave the solution, and pour 30 mL into each Petri dish (100 mm diameter × 20 mm high). Store the plates for up to 1 mo at 4°C. | ||
