LB medium for tomato

| Prepare in H2O. For LB plates, include 15 g/L (1.5%) agar. Include the appropriate types and amounts of antibiotics for selection and for the prevention of Agrobacterium growth. Adjust the pH to 7.0 using NaOH and then autoclave the solution. For LB plates, pour 20 mL into each Petri dish (100 mm diameter × 20 mm high). Store plates or liquid medium for up to 1 mo at 4°C. | ||
