Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) tablets, pH 7.4 (Medicago AB, 09-8912-100)

RO-H₂O (RNase-free H₂O that has been purified by reverse osmosis [18 MΩ])

For a 10X PBS stock solution, dissolve 20 RNase-free PBS tablets in 1 L of RO-H₂O. Autoclave. For 1 L of 1X PBS, dilute 100 mL of 10X PBS stock in 900 mL of RO-H₂O.
