MBST
1.5 M NaCl
Make 1 L and adjust to pH 7.5 with NaOH. This is a 10X stock solution.
To make 1X MBST, dilute 100 mL of 10X MBST with 900 mL of RO-H2O. Add 1 mL of 10% Tween 20.
RO-H2O is RNase-free H2O that has been purified by reverse osmosis (18 MΩ).
