Sheep serum (heat-inactivated)
Prepare 1% (v/v) heat-inactivated sheep serum in PBS for SISH.
To prepare heat-inactivated serum, incubate stocks of sheep serum for 1 h at 56°C. Aliquot into smaller tubes and store at −20°C.
