Post-hybridization solution

Reagent Amount to add Final concentration
Formamide (spectral grade; IBI Scientific IB72020) 25 mL 50% (v/v)
20X SSC 12.5 mL 5X
20% Tween 20 (Sigma-Aldrich P1379) 250 μL 0.1% (v/v)
H2O (sterile) to 50 mL --
To adjust the pH to 6.0, add 460 μL of 1 M citric acid (to a final concentration of 92 mM).
Store at -20°C.
