Matrigel stock solution

Matrigel (BD Biosciences 354234)

Knockout DMEM (Invitrogen 10829-018)

Thaw Matrigel slowly on ice at 4°C overnight to avoid gel formation. Add 10 mL of cold Knockout DMEM to the bottle containing 10 mL Matrigel. Keep the mixture on ice and mix well by pipetting.

Prepare aliquots of 1 mL each in prechilled tubes and store at −20°C.
