SOB medium for HT

20.0 g tryptone

5.0 g yeast extract

0.58 g NaCl (10 mM)

0.18 g KCl (2.5 mM)

H2O to 1 L

Prepare the above mixture and autoclave it.

Add Mg solution to a final concentration of 20 mM:

10 mL Mg solution (2 M)
