SOC medium for HT
2 M glucose (36 g of D-(+)-glucose [Sigma G-8270] plus H2O to 100 mL)
Combine 10 mL of 2 M glucose with SOB medium for HT to a final volume of 1 L.
The final concentration of glucose is 20 mM.
Filter with a 0.22-μm filter after adding glucose.
