3% sucrose

20 mg/L cysteine

0.2 mg/L 1-naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) (Sigma-Aldrich)

0.12 mg/L benzylaminopurine (6-benzylaminopurine, BAP) (Sigma-Aldrich)

0.08 mg/L gibberellic acid A3 (GA₃) (Sigma-Aldrich)

80 mg/L adenine sulfate

For solid medium, supplement with 0.6% (w/v) agar.
