DMEM for wallaby embryo collection and culture

Reagent Quantity (for 30 mL) Final concentration
DMEM 26.4 mL
Penicillin/streptomycin (5000 IU/mL/5000 μg/mL) 300 μL 50 IU/mL/50 μg/mL
Serum (wallaby or fetal calf) 3 mL 10%
L-Glutamine (200 mM) (add immediately before use) 300 μL 2 mM
Mix all ingredients and allow them to equilibrate for several hours or overnight in an incubator under the gas conditions to be used for culture.
