DMEM/HEPES for wallaby embryo collection and manipulation

Reagent Quantity (for 20 mL) Final concentration
DMEM/HEPES 17.6 mL
Penicillin/streptomycin (5000 IU/mL/5000 μg/mL) 200 μL 50 IU/mL/50 μg/mL
Serum (wallaby or fetal calf) 2 mL 10%
L-Glutamine (200 mM) (add immediately before use) 200 μL 2 mM
Mix all ingredients and warm to 37°C before use.
