Phosphate-buffered saline for embryo collection

Reagent Quantity (for 1 L) Final concentration
NaCl 8 g 140 mM
KCl 0.2 g 2 mM
KH2PO4 0.2 g 1.4 mM
Na2HPO4 1.15 g 8 mM
MilliQ H2O 1000 mL
Dissolve all ingredients in order as listed. Aliquot, autoclave on slow exhaust and store at 4 ºC for up to 1 yr.
