DMEM for PY gonad culture

Reagent Quantity (for 5 mL) Final concentration
DMEM 4.35 mL
Penicillin/streptomycin (5000 IU/mL /5000 μg/mL) 50 μL 50 IU/mL/50 μg/mL
Fetal calf serum 500 μL 10%
Insulin Transferrin Selenium (ITS) (100X) 50 μL 1X
L-Glutamine (200 mM) (add immediately before use) 50 μL 2 mM
Mix all ingredients and allow them to equilibrate for several hours or overnight in an incubator under the gas conditions to be used for culture.
