Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) without CaCl2 or MgCl2 (10X) 5 mL 1X
K4Fe(CN)6•3H2O (300 mM) 500 μL 3 mM
K3Fe(CN)6 (300 mM) 500 μL 3 mM
MgCl2 (1 M) 50 μL 1 mM
Tween 20 (100.0%) 25 μL 0.05%
H2O to 50 mL
LZB can be stored for several weeks at 4°C unless contaminated.
