Blocking reagent for Ciona (10%)
Blocking Reagent (Roche)
Dispense 5 g of Blocking Reagent into a 100-mL glass bottle and add 50 mL of maleic acid buffer. Bring to boiling point in a microwave oven and swirl several times. When the solution becomes uniformly milky, distribute in 10-mL aliquots and store at -20°C.
